Free delivery on all orders over £35

All orders will arrive frozen.

Delivery charges: Our standard delivery charge is £4.95 for orders under £35, and free on all orders over £35.

We use Citilink for our deliveries.
We deliver on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.

Delivery policy:

Feedback from our customers since we started Home Delivery in July 2009 is that ‘next day delivery’ is not always the most convenient for them. We will still be delighted to arrange next day delivery (for orders placed before 1pm) but we will contact you by email (or by phone if you'd prefer) to arrange when would be the best day to suit you.

We have also seen instant improvements in reducing the environmental impact of our delivery service because we are combining many more deliveries into single trips.

It is also easier to arrange for us (or the Citilink driver) to leave the package somewhere you have instructed, if you are not going to be at home, or to meet more specific requirements for delivery.

Saturday delivery is possible but at an extra charge to you of £15 per order (arranged separately by email or phone).
There is no Sunday or Monday delivery, unless by specific request and arrangement.

Orders received after 1pm on a Friday cannot be delivered until the following Tuesday.

Frozen – All orders will be dispatched and arrive frozen, unless requested otherwise. As we hang the prime cuts on the bone for 21-days, we hope that you will forgive us for our variable supplies. We cannot always guarantee that your steaks will be available instantly but we promise to contact you to confirm when we can meet your order.

Cool-box controlled: All of our products are delivered to you within 24 hours of being packed into insulated boxes.
Some of our regulars really kindly hang onto the insulated boxes to swap back with us on their next delivery. This again is helping us cut down on using the polystyrene boxes.

Our environment is very important to us. Our beautiful surroundings not only give us great enjoyment but also provide our animals with the best possible living conditions. That is why we are constantly developing ways to reduce the impact of our packaging and logistics. We will deliver your order with minimum packaging but maximum controlled temperature and we will continue to invest in reducing the impact of our service.
